The Symposium on QFD continues the tradition of bringing innovative ideas in product development, design, and business process to the public, serving as a forum to exchange ideas and learn from each other.

This year's case study presentations include advanced Modern QFD examples from aerospace, automotive, defense, healthcare insurance, shipping line, and software industries, as well as a keynote report on the state of QFD in EU industries. Also, there will be an opportunity to ask questions you might have about QFD implementation, techniques, and lessons learned, to individual speakers during the Experts Panel session.
