Testimonials by Past Attendees:
“Until I took
this course, I did not know that the QFD
knowledge I had learned previously from other sources was wrong. Now it makes
sense." (author of an advanced QFD book)
“The [QFD] Green Belt Course was excellent. The instructor was clearly
an expert, well-versed in all subjects, had a wealth of examples and anecdotes
based on his experience, and covered everything that I would have imagined for
a course targeting a QFD team member."
“Instructors' Knowledge was impressive and the materials were presented well."
“Excellent course. Well done."
“I would strongly recommend this course to others."
“Nice touch on how to pull the groups interests together with the easel
sheets. Topics covered were good."
“We liked the fact that we could work on an actual project from work - which
gave us a head start, rather than using a fictitious example that has no
relation to our product.”
"We would like to
send our heartiest thanks to Glenn for his clear enthusiastic teaching and
valuable experience at the QFD Green Belt® Course. We have learnt so much from
him.”
