Welcome to the pages of Glenn H. Mazur. I have been at the forefront of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), from its inception to the English-speaking world nearly four decades ago to serving as a convenor of the technical committee for the latest ISO 16355 standard.
My passion for QFD has led me to numerous opportunities to work with great companies here in the US and overseas, providing consultation, training, and facilitation for their new product development projects and process transformation. Teaching public QFD workshops through QFD Institute and delivering keynotes and lectures at conferences and universities is another opportunity that I appreciate.
