QFD Institute
The Institute was sanctioned in 1993 by Dr. Yoji Akao (QFD’s co-founder) to advance QFD methodology to help organizations better meet the challenges of changing times and business environment. To that end, we continue to lead research on the current best practices and tools, developing and providing the state-of-the-art training curriculum and teaching methods.
